Heineken USA Fresno is seeking a Brand Development Manager to boost sales and distribution for Tecate, Dos Equis and Heineken brands in the assigned geography. You will work with retail and Donaghy Management & Sales teams to implement plans and drive growth.

The role requires at least 1 year in field sales, strong analytical and communication skills, and a willingness to travel. This is a full-time position in Fresno, CA with incentives included.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age with at least 1 year of field and retail sales experience.
• Valid Class C driver's license and insurability per company standards.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Grow HUSA sales and distribution; collaborate with sales teams to execute brand plans at retail.
• Execute monthly goals aligned with annual business plans.
• Maintain a regular monthly account appointment schedule in the territory.
• Identify pricing, promotions, placement, and shelf activity while staying competitive.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
