Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations in the Tullahoma area. You will engage adult consumers through one-on-one conversations, introduce brand offerings, gather feedback, and distribute promotional offers.

Must be 21+, have reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license. This role involves scheduled activations, age verification, and accurate reporting, with travel across the territory and interaction with store

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, events, or promotions preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable engaging consumers in a retail environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to use mobile apps and reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within a territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback.
• Distribute promotional materials and offers, including coupons.
• Educate consumers on available promotions.
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative engagement.
• Build relationships with store personnel and management.
• Document activity results and survey completion in reporting systems.
• Maintain program materials and activation assets professionally.
• Travel throughout the territory to support scheduled visits and events.
