2020 Companies is seeking full-time Brand Ambassadors to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across your territory. You will engage adult consumers one-on-one, introduce brand offerings, gather feedback, and distribute promotional offers to create memorable experiences.

The role favors experience in promotions, events, hospitality, or retail, with 21+ eligibility, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license. Daily travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within a geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations and educate on promotions.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Document activity results and collect survey feedback using reporting tools.
• Travel throughout the territory to support scheduled visits and events.
