Philips in Loma Linda, CA seeks a Biomedical Equipment Technician to install, troubleshoot and service medical equipment at customer sites. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, timely repairs and adherence to regulatory requirements, with a focus on maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will independently perform PMs, installations and diagnostics, while demonstrating urgency and ownership to resolve issues and keep customers satisfied at all times.

Formación

• 1+ year experience servicing medical equipment.
• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong knowledge of electronics, schematics and processors.
• Ability to install, diagnose and repair equipment including networking basics.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance and service repair on equipment at customer sites.
• Independently complete PMs, FCOs, installations and related tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve electronic, network and mechanical problems.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and timely communication.
