Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and service repair on equipment using service manuals, on‑the‑job training, OEM or third‑party training.
• Identify and resolve customer issues, communicating effectively and involving appropriate site personnel.
• Maintain customer satisfaction with ownership and urgency, prioritizing tasks as directed by Site Manager, Site Team or customer.
• Independently complete PMs, FCOs, installations and related tasks; diagnose and repair electronic, network and mechanical problems.
