Job summary

Philips Mullica Hill, NJ is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician to install, troubleshoot, and service medical devices at customer sites.

You will perform PMs, repairs, and installations with travel within the area, requiring 2+ years of electronics experience and knowledge of patient monitoring equipment. The role emphasizes customer relationships and on-call duties, with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing medical equipment or related devices.
• Experience with patient monitoring, defibrillators, infusion pumps or similar equipment preferred.
• Strong understanding of electronic circuit boards, schematics and processors.
• Ability to install, diagnose and repair equipment using test equipment and software as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and service on biomedical equipment at customer sites.
• Installations, PMs, and service repairs, including electronic, mechanical, and networking issues.
• Identify and resolve customer issues with clear communication and timely escalation.
• Travel to accounts within the area and participate in on-call rotations.
