Job summary

Philips in Greenville, SC is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician to install, service, and maintain medical equipment at customer sites, ensuring regulatory compliance and high reliability.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electronic, mechanical, and networking issues, and collaborate with site teams to deliver prompt service while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience servicing medical equipment or related devices.
• Strong knowledge of electronics, schematics, processors and computer hardware.
• Ability to install, diagnose, repair and maintain medical devices.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and service repair on equipment using manuals and OEM training.
• Identify and resolve customer issues and coordinate with site personnel.
• Maintain customer satisfaction with timely, accurate service delivery.
• Independently complete PMs, installations, and related tasks; diagnose electronic, network and mechanical problems.
