Qualifications

• Experience with lift trucks, industrial batteries, and chargers preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using tablets for service updates.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to customer locations to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on batteries and chargers.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions on site.
• Transport, install, and service industrial batteries and chargers at customer facilities.
• Maintain accurate service records while following all safety protocols.
