Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical aptitude required; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and a DOT physical.
• Electrical and forklift experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer-service oriented.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial forklift batteries and chargers in the field.
• Keep customers informed about work performed and any additional costs.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure expert service.
• Strive for high customer satisfaction with every site visit.
