Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking knowledgeable service technicians to troubleshoot and repair industrial batteries and chargers. You will perform planned maintenance, maintain the service van and inventory, and complete required paperwork after each job, supporting a wide customer base.

The role emphasizes strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, ability to read schematics, plus solid customer care and communication skills in a field-service environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; < 2 years related experience.
• Prefer technical degree, battery/charger repair experience, welding, and testing equipment knowledge.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitudes; ability to read electrical schematics; good communication and customer care.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair industrial batteries and chargers.
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer batteries and chargers.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job.
