Carolina Industrial Products is hiring a full-time Battery Service Technician to repair industrial forklift batteries and chargers in the field, using strong mechanical and electrical aptitude to troubleshoot and service equipment for a diverse client base.

The starting pay is $22–$28/hour plus a company vehicle, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 9 paid holidays, paid vacation time, 40 hours of paid sick time each year, and a SIMPLE IRA with match.

Qualifications

• Mechanical/electrical aptitude required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial forklift batteries and chargers in the field.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and team members about work performed and costs.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold safety protocols.
