Job summary

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher and 2+ years of sales/clinical experience, plus MS Office and Salesforce proficiency. Field-based with up to 20% overnight travel; relocation assistance and a competitive benefits package may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required, with 2+ years in sales/clinical roles.
• High School Diploma/GED acceptable with 4+ years in sales/clinical roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce.
• Current, valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Consult clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products.
• Attend hospital procedures and placements in care settings.
• Drive growth via account and territory management to meet sales targets.
• Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities.
• Educate clinicians on product use and inservicing.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders.
• Use evidence to advocate for therapy adoption including new products.
• Persuade stakeholders to support proposed solutions and products.
• Provide customer support and service throughout the cycle.
• Demonstrate proficiency after completing sales training.
• Leverage company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking.
• Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums.
