ArborMetrics Solutions is seeking a Work Planner in Muskegon, MI for an outdoors role with company vehicle and field responsibilities. You will perform safety audits, inspect ROW/easements, mark vegetation, and collect data for Line Clearing contractors, with travel as needed.

The position emphasizes accuracy, safety, and customer communication, requiring credits toward a degree or related experience, tree knowledge, and practical computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 30 semester credits or 45 quarter credits toward a degree.
• Species and hazard tree identification knowledge.
• Computer and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Conducts safety audits.
• Inspects ROW and easements for trim, removal, and chemical treatment requirements.
• Marks vegetation as required.
• Collects and reports data required by Line Clearing contractors.
• Notifies and communicates with customers as required.
• Travel requirements may vary; prepared for occasional travel, day and overnight.
• Drive a company vehicle safely to work locations.
