Chem-Aqua, a leader in custom water treatment solutions, is seeking a Water Treatment Sales Rep to build a territory and protect customer equipment. You’ll help customers save energy, stay in compliance, and grow both new and existing accounts. Training and support come from experienced pros in a collaborative culture.

The role includes on-site testing, proposal development, and travel within the assigned territory. A driver’s license is required and 2+ years of B2B sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and a customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel within your territory.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and municipal customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve water systems—reducing corrosion, boosting efficiency, and minimizing downtime.
• Perform on-site water testing and analysis (training provided).
• Deliver value-driven proposals that show customers how they’ll save time and money.
• Grow new business and expand existing accounts.
• Collaborate with our technical experts to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Prospect through calls, networking, referrals, and site visits.
• Track progress, celebrate wins, and work with a supportive team.
