Chem-Aqua, Inc. is seeking a Water Treatment Sales Rep to protect equipment, save energy, and drive growth in an assigned territory. You’ll build relationships with industrial, commercial, and municipal customers while delivering value-driven proposals and on-site testing.

We train you in water treatment solutions, testing, and sales strategies, with support from technical experts and a clear pathway for career growth. Travel within territory required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within territory.
• Self-driven and curious learner.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term relationships with industrial, commercial, and municipal customers (hospitals, data centers, manufacturing facilities).
• Spot opportunities to improve water systems—stopping corrosion, preventing scale, boosting efficiency, and avoiding downtime.
• Perform on-site water testing & analysis (training provided).
• Deliver value-driven proposals showing customers how they’ll save time and money.
• Grow new business and level up existing accounts.
• Partner with our technical experts to deliver best-in-class solutions.
• Prospect through calls, networking, referrals, and site visits.
• Track progress, celebrate wins, and build success with a supportive team behind you.
