Job summary

Chem-Aqua is seeking a Water Treatment Sales Consultant to identify, develop, and service accounts in the greater market. You will work with customers to tailor water treatment programs and promote maintenance services. This is a remote position, with expectations to manage accounts and drive growth across the territory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of successful sales experience.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work with teams across locations.
• Must be highly motivated and a self-starter; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Service and grow existing accounts while developing new ones in the territory.
• Plan daily activities to call on customers and trade outlets.
• Perform sales activities including lead generation, cold calling, and appointments.
• Promote maintenance services and tailor water treatment programs.
• Schedule visits and report weekly, monthly results and opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and deliver customized solutions.
