Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record in technical sales.
• Experience leading teams of 4–6 direct reports.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities in water treatment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a field-based sales team across territory.
• Set sales targets and manage profitability of $1–$5 million.
• Monthly/quarterly/annual reporting of sales and projections.
• Support training and hiring as needed.
• Understand markets, competition, suppliers, and customer base.
• Oversee team development of Area Sales Manager and Sales Reps.
