Qualifications

• Proven success in sales, business development, relationship management, or account management.
• Title, real estate, mortgage, lending, investor, or related industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Existing network or book of relationships within your local market is highly preferred.
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and capable of managing a large pipeline of prospects and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, investors, builders, attorneys, and other referral partners.
• Prospect for new accounts through calls, emails, office visits, networking, social media, and industry events.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, office visits, and one-on-one meetings with prospective clients.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing referral partners.
• Convert new relationships into title and settlement orders.
• Grow business and transaction volume from existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate prospect, client, activity, and follow-up information in the company CRM.
• Work closely with processors and settlement staff to provide clients with an exceptional level of service.
• Represent Eastern Title & Settlement at real estate functions, networking events, association meetings, and other industry activities.
• Identify new agents, teams, brokerages, lenders, investors, attorneys, and other potential referral sources within your market.
• Meet established business-development and revenue goals.
