Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of a novel mental health therapy across certified treatment centers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets preferred.
• Experience with payer processes and reimbursement.
• Proven success launching novel therapies.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of Compass Pathways’ mental health therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, and key stakeholders.
• Deliver scientifically accurate and compliant education to healthcare providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and support providers in understanding referral pathways.
• Collaborate with certified treatment sites to support onboarding and optimization of treatment delivery workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics, including scheduling, patient flow, and operational considerations.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations to ensure coordinated execution.
• Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways and addressing access-related challenges.
• Gather and communicate actionable field insights to inform brand strategy and launch execution.
• Manage territory business planning, including call planning and performance tracking.
• Demonstrate ethical, compliant, and patient-centric behaviors in all engagements.
