Mohr Talent is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Commercial Roofing Services in Washington, DC. This field-based role offers a base salary of $80,000–$100,000 with uncapped commission and strong growth in recurring service revenue.

You will manage an existing client base, perform on-site inspections, and present repair and preventive maintenance proposals. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in B2B service sales in roofing or related trades and thrive in hunter–client relationship dynamics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B service sales in commercial roofing or related trades.
• Proven ability to build/maintain a client base and close service work.

Responsibilities

• Expand an existing service portfolio.
• Conduct on-site roof inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Prepare proposals and maintenance/service agreements.
• Develop relationships with property owners and managers.
• Prospect for new opportunities and manage a sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure execution.
• Forecast and track sales activities in CRM.
• Hit quarterly and annual targets.
• Drive post-sale retention and referrals.
