Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who will work independently at multiple locations, inside and outside, helping customers select storage solutions and upsell packing supplies.

You will perform daily inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent, manage payments, and handle reminders and collections as needed. Travel between sites is required, with mileage reimbursement possible.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits.
• Manage payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
