Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of proven sales experience in a quota‑driven role
• Demonstrated success using consultative and value‑based selling techniques.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to identify market opportunities.
• Ability to travel up to 60% within territory locally and for national meetings.
• Must be based in a key market within the territory
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and self‑motivation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives through strategic planning and disciplined execution.
• Develop new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and converting prospective accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, practice managers, and key decision-makers to drive product adoption and loyalty.
• Deliver practice development support, including staff training, marketing strategies, and patient engagement programs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast business plans.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and educational programs.
