Job summary

Snap-on in Los Angeles is seeking motivated field-based Sales Representatives to grow our shop diagnostics and equipment portfolio. After training, you’ll visit franchisees and company stores to expand sales of diagnostics and shop equipment, with a base pay range and bonus opportunities.

Requirements include 2–5 years in direct or B2B sales, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's preferred.
• 2–5 years of direct sales or B2B sales experience, outside sales favored.

Responsibilities

• Sell diagnostics and shop equipment to franchisees and end-users.
• Visit shops on franchise routes and present quotes.
• Help grow equipment and diagnostics sales for franchisees and company stores.
• Attend sales meetings and achieve 100% participation.
