Job summary

Snap-on Tools is seeking Shop Essentials Sales Representatives to join its field-based sales team. After comprehensive training, you will represent diagnostics and shop equipment to franchisees and company stores, driving sales and delivering product expertise.

You will visit shops along franchise routes, present quotes to end-users, and help grow the equipment and diagnostics segments for strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Age 21+ with valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–5 years in direct sales or sales management, preferably outside/B2B.
• Automotive industry or hands-on vehicle repair valued.
• Ability to drive a 16–20’ vehicle 70–85% of the time.
• D.O.T. medical card paid and scheduled by company.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently; more with forklift.
• Proficient with apps/cell phone emails.

Responsibilities

• Sell diagnostic workstations, welders, plasma cutters, HVAC machines, air compressors, tire machines, wheel balancers and other shop equipment to end-users.
• Visit shops in franchisee routes and present value to franchisees, reps, and customers.
• Write and present quotes with a sales expectation of $55,000 per week.
• Coach franchisees and reps to grow equipment/diagnostics segments.
• Attend sales meetings to build relationships and drive participation to 100%.
