Job summary

Valentine Roofing Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a growing team of Project Advisors in the Washington market.

You will drive sales performance, coach field teams, and help build a scalable organization aligned with our mission of protecting communities from unscrupulous contractors. You will oversee performance metrics, forecasting, and the execution of our sales process, collaborating with Marketing, Production, and Leadership to ensure consistent results and exceptional customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential home improvement sales, including 2+ years leading and developing a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and exterior remodeling.
• Proven ability to improve individual and team sales performance.
• Deep understanding of in-home residential sales and coaching through full sales cycle.
• Experience managing KPIs, forecasting, and sales pipelines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
• Willingness to spend multiple days per week in the field with Project Advisors.
• Ability to travel throughout the service area and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of Project Advisors.
• Conduct coaching sessions, ride-alongs, field training, and team meetings.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding future sales leaders.
