You will collaborate with field and management teams to ensure regulatory compliance, conduct training, audits, and incident investigations, and implement site-specific safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety management within industrial or construction-related contexts.
• Ability to train, audit, and enforce safety procedures across multiple sites.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration with field teams and management.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and incident investigation processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and field personnel to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Plan, conduct, and deliver safety training sessions.
• Perform field safety audits and incident investigations with detailed reporting.
• Review safety gear and ensure availability of equipment for all sites.
• Work with safety team to implement site-specific improvements.
• Assist managers in evaluating safety requirements for customers.
• Attend customer walk-throughs, develop tailored safety plans, and advise on best practices.
• Regularly visit job sites for safety walkthroughs and enforce safe practices.
• Exercise Stop Work Authority to maintain safety.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation for company and customers.
• Be available for after-hours and weekend emergency response as needed.
