Job summary

The IMA Group is seeking a Nurse Case Manager (RN) for field-based workers’ compensation coverage in Los Angeles, CA. You will coordinate with physicians, employers, claims professionals, and other care-team members to support injured workers through recovery.

In this role, you’ll travel within the assigned territory, meeting with clients, coordinating appointments, and handling documentation and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license
• ASN required; BSN preferred
• Clinical experience in ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurology, or other acute care specialties
• Workers’ Compensation Case Management experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and care coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned service area

Responsibilities

• Meet with injured workers and attend medical appointments
• Coordinate care and communicate with healthcare providers, employers, and claims professionals
• Document, follow-up, and care coordination activities
• Travel across Los Angeles and surrounding areas as caseload requires
