Job summary

The IMA Group in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a bilingual Nurse Case Manager (RN) for a Workers' Compensation program. This field-based role focuses on coordinating medical care, advocating for injured workers, and collaborating with physicians, employers, and claims professionals.

Expect 80–85% travel within your territory after caseloads are established, with remaining time for documentation, care coordination, and provider communication.

Qualifications

• Active New Mexico RN license
• ASN required; BSN preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Background in ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurology or other acute care specialties
• Prior Workers' Compensation Case Management experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and care coordination skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively

Responsibilities
