Job summary

Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking a motivated Retail Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to engage homeowners at retail locations, home shows, and community events. This role is focused on initiating conversations, overcoming objections, and booking qualified appointments for the sales team.

The position offers $20 per hour, a $100 bonus per qualified appointment with completed consultations, paid training, and 20–30 hours per week in Riverside, CA and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of lead generation, appointment setting, canvassing, retail sales, event marketing, or cold outreach experience required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners and generate qualified leads.
• Initiate conversations and identify potential customers.
• Schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team.
• Represent our brand professionally at events and retail locations.
• Meet and exceed lead generation goals.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown.
• Travel to assigned retail locations and events within the local territory.
