Job summary

Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking a motivated Retail Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to engage homeowners at retail locations, home shows, and local events in Riverside, CA. You will initiate conversations, overcome objections, and generate qualified appointments for our sales team, traveling to locations within the local territory.

The role offers $20 per hour with a $100 bonus for every qualified appointment, plus paid training and growth opportunities; 20–30 hours per

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of lead generation, appointment setting, canvassing, retail sales, event marketing, or cold outreach experience.
• Proven ability to approach and engage strangers in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience generating leads and setting appointments from face-to-face interactions.
• Weekend availability required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Riverside, CA.
• Sales, canvassing, brand ambassador, kiosk sales, home improvement, or event marketing experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
