Job summary

Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking a motivated Retail Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to engage homeowners at retail locations, home shows, community events, and local promotions. This proactive role focuses on starting conversations, overcoming objections, and generating qualified appointments for our sales team.

This is not a receptionist position. You will travel to retail locations and events within Riverside, CA, with a starting pay of $20/hour and guaranteed 20–30

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of lead generation or related experience.
• Proven ability to engage strangers in a retail environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience generating leads and setting appointments from face‑to‑face interactions.
• Weekend availability required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Riverside, CA.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners and generate qualified leads.
• Initiate conversations and identify potential customers.
• Schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team.
• Represent our brand professionally at events and retail locations.
• Meet and exceed lead generation goals.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown.
