Job summary

Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking a motivated Retail Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to engage homeowners at retail locations, home shows, and events across Riverside County. You will initiate conversations and book in-home consultations for the sales team, representing the brand at locations and events with a focus on achieving lead-generation goals.

This role offers $20/hour base pay, a $100 bonus for every qualified appointment resulting in a completed consultation, paid

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of lead generation or appointment setting experience.
• Ability to engage strangers in a retail environment.
• Weekend availability and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners and generate qualified leads.
• Initiate conversations and identify potential customers.
• Schedule free in-home consultations for the sales team.
• Represent the brand professionally at events and retail locations.
• Meet and exceed lead generation goals.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown.
• Travel to assigned retail locations and events within the local territory.
