Bathing Solutions of Southern California is seeking a motivated Retail Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to engage with homeowners at retail locations, home shows, community events, and local promotions in Riverside, CA. The role focuses on initiating conversations, overcoming objections, and generating qualified appointments for our sales team.

This position offers a flexible schedule and paid training, with a starting pay of $20 per hour and a $100 bonus for every qualified appointment that

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of lead generation, appointment setting, canvassing, retail sales, event marketing, or cold outreach experience required
• Proven ability to approach and engage strangers in a retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience generating leads and setting appointments from face-to-face interactions
• Sales, canvassing, brand ambassador, kiosk sales, home improvement, or event marketing experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable handling objections and initiating conversations with potential customers
• Outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated personality
• Weekend availability required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Riverside, CA
