Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers and maintain a customer-focused service culture.

You will be the face of our national brand locally, protecting homes and families while applying expert knowledge of products and services to drive sales. The role collaborates with the Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to identify revenue opportunities, develop proposals, and ensure successful installations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell home services.
• Complete home diagram in the Sales CRM for clear customer understanding.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert guidance on new service installations to ensure satisfaction.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
