Job summary

Sonrava seeks a Director of Operations to steer all business within the market, overseeing growth, profitability, patient care, and staff development. This field-based role requires frequent travel to offices throughout the region and a strong background in dental operations.

You will lead a team of Business Managers, coach leaders, analyze KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure compliance and service excellence across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience managing multiple practice/site locations (3+) preferably in healthcare or dental operations.
• Proven track record of year-over-year growth and profitability improvement.
• Ability to forecast and analyze business trends to maximize territory performance and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership & Performance: Drive the operational, financial, and clinical performance of all dental offices within the region.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure offices meet or exceed performance goals, including patient volume, revenue, profitability, and patient satisfaction.
• Analyze KPI data and implement strategies to improve results.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align regional goals with the broader organizational vision.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of office leaders, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure high employee engagement and retention.
• Foster transparent communication and teamwork aligned with company values.
• Partner with clinical teams to ensure high standards of patient care and compliance.
