Job summary

Illinois Bone and Joint Institute LLC seeks a Regional Marketing Liaison to strengthen physician referrals, employer partnerships and community outreach across the South and Southwest suburban markets. You will visit physician offices, employers and events to raise IBJI's profile and drive patient growth.

The role requires 2–3+ years in marketing or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong interpersonal skills, and frequent regional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, or healthcare marketing.
• 2–3+ years of marketing, business development, or community outreach experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with physicians, staff and partners.
• Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends for events when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians and healthcare organizations.
• Engage employers and community partners to increase IBJI visibility.
• Coordinate local marketing plans and outreach activities in the assigned region.
• Support marketing initiatives, launches and collateral aligned with brand standards.
• Track outreach activity using the CRM and report to leadership.
• Manage budget approvals for sponsored events and activities.
• Present regular updates on referral trends and opportunities.
