Job summary

Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC is seeking a Regional Marketing Liaison to strengthen physician and community relationships across the Northern suburban territory, including Glenview, Park Ridge, Wilmette and Des Plaines. You will develop localized outreach, coordinate with IBJI’s Marketing team, manage a regional budget, and report outcomes to the Chief Marketing Officer.

This field-based role requires travel, strong communication, and the ability to translate outreach into measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-6+ years of marketing, business development or related field experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication with physicians, staff and community partners.
• Ability to build and maintain cooperative relationships over time.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Willingness to travel frequently in the assigned territory.
• Occasional evenings and weekends for events or activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians, offices and healthcare organizations.
• Meet with IBJI priority referral groups to communicate services and opportunities.
• Identify barriers to referrals and relay feedback to leadership.
• Coordinate opportunities for IBJI physicians to engage with partners and communities.
• Manage regional marketing budget and ensure expenditures align with priorities.
