Job summary

Illinois Bone and Joint Institute seeks a Regional Marketing Liaison to strengthen physician referrals and community partnerships across the Northern suburban territory. This field-based role requires building relationships with IBJI specialists, employers and healthcare partners while visiting physician offices, schools and events.

The position supports IBJI marketing efforts, manages outreach plans, tracks results in our CRM, and may supervise a junior team member after an initial period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, communications required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with physicians, employers and community partners.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional outreach plans to increase referrals and growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and healthcare organizations.
• Represent IBJI at health fairs, conferences and community events.
• Track activity and results using IBJI's CRM and provide regular reporting.
