Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Issues purchase orders for needed supplies.
• Review vendor stock-outs and expedite orders.
• Identify substitute items and inventory changes.
• Set contract pricing and manage supplier relationships.
• Resolve delivery issues and invoice problems.
• Maintain inventory records and generate internal reports.
• Coordinate with AP and vendors on pricing discrepancies.
• Ensure timely delivery to multiple IBJI locations.
