Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) is seeking a Practice Administrator for the North Region to oversee regional operations, align with IBJI strategy, and partner with physician leadership to enhance performance and culture.

The role focuses on administrative, financial, and operational leadership across multiple facilities in the region, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years administrative experience, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Bachelor degree in related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Familiar with rules and regulations in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee local office functions, directing clinic managers, mid-level providers, radiology, scheduling, and billing management.
• Lead staff hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary processes; maintain a supportive workplace.
• Ensure facilities comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and Medicare; align with SOPs and strategic goals.
• Develop management and staff; communicate new information to staff; drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with attorneys, accountants, and consultants; liaise between group and physicians.
