Job summary

D4C Dental Brands in the South Atlanta Region is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to oversee marketing for pediatric and family orthodontic practices. The role includes building referral relationships with dentists, pediatricians, and community organizations, and acting as a subject matter expert for the VP of Marketing and regional leadership.

The coordinator will manage the marketing agency, use a CRM to track referrals and performance, and develop collateral and local event materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in marketing, sales or business development; field marketing preferred.
• Marketing strategy experience including brand promotion, digital and traditional marketing; content marketing is a plus.
• Excellent skills in self-starting, organization, communicating, problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Travel to various offices to support referral marketing (approx. 70% in the field).
• Oversee marketing agency and develop/maintain referral relationships with dentists, pediatricians and community partners.
• Develop referral materials and collateral; coordinate luncheons for doctor/staff introductions; oversee CRM usage and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with VP of Marketing, Regional Director of Operations and office managers.
