D4C Dental Brands is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in the South Atlanta Region to oversee marketing for a pediatric dental practice and orthodontic services. The role involves managing a marketing agency, developing referral relationships with dentists, pediatricians and community organizations, and tracking performance via a CRM system.

The coordinator will travel to multiple offices, engage in face-to-face meetings, presentations, and events, and support patient referrals and practice

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, sales or business development, field marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in marketing strategy including brand promotion, digital marketing and content marketing.

Responsabilités

• Travel to various offices to support referral marketing (approx. 70% field time).
• Oversee marketing agency and develop paid marketing plans including lead generation and communications.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, pediatricians and other sources.
• Utilize CRM to track interactions and progress toward goals.
• Attend local community events and manage referral materials and collateral.
