PEACHTREE DUNWOODY ORAL AND FACIAL SURGERY is seeking a part-time Marketing & Referral Coordinator in Dunwoody, GA to build relationships with referring dental offices and increase patient referrals.

This role combines field outreach with in-office referral development and marketing activities. The ideal candidate is professional, outgoing, organized, and comfortable engaging with doctors, dental professionals, and community partners, with ability to travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, business development, referral outreach, or related field; healthcare or dental experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, customer service, and communication skills.
• Professional and confident when communicating with doctors and dental office teams.
• Comfortable conducting frequent telephone outreach and face-to-face office visits.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while meeting goals.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with dentists, dental specialists, physicians, and their office teams.
• Visit referring offices to promote the practice, providers, services, and patient experience.
• Identify and develop new referral relationships within the community.
• Conduct referral calls, follow up, and provide scheduling updates.
• Coordinate outreach events and educational programs with offices.
• Maintain referral database and track office visits and activities.
• Prepare referral reports and communicate trends to leadership.
• Assist with marketing initiatives to increase referrals and practice awareness.
