Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, business development, referral outreach, sales, customer relationship management, or a related field; healthcare or dental experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, customer service, and communication skills.
• Professional and confident when communicating with doctors and dental office teams.
• Comfortable conducting frequent telephone outreach and face-to-face office visits.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while remaining accountable to established goals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate strong follow-through.
• Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and basic referral/data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dentists, dental specialists, physicians, and their office teams.
• Conduct regular visits to referring offices to promote the practice, providers, services, and patient experience.
• Identify and develop new referral relationships within the community.
• Maintain referral database and document visits, calls, and opportunities.
• Prepare referral reports and discuss trends with surgeons and leadership.
• Assist with marketing initiatives to increase referrals, patient volume, and practice awareness.
