Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, business development, referral outreach, sales, customer relationship management, or a related field; healthcare or dental experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, customer service, and communication skills.
• Professional and confident when communicating with doctors and dental office teams.
• Comfortable conducting frequent telephone outreach and face-to-face office visits.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while remaining accountable to established goals.
• Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and basic referral/data tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn practice management or CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Referral Development & Outreach: Develop and maintain strong relationships with dentists, dental specialists, physicians, and their office teams.
• Referral Tracking & Growth: Maintain an accurate referral database, monitor activity, and prepare reports for leadership.
• Marketing & Practice Promotion: Support marketing initiatives, update website/social content, and coordinate materials and events.
