A railway maintenance company is seeking a Machine Operator 1 to operate and maintain railway equipment in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will ensure safety during operations while conducting inspections and repairs on various machinery. This role requires comprehensive technical and mechanical skills, with a commitment to adhering to safety protocols. Candidates must be able to work internationally and meet pre-employment requirements such as physical examinations and background checks. Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3+ months experience with Loram equipment or equivalent in a 24/7 environment.
• 2+ years demonstrated ability to learn and communicate effectively.
• Maintain Railroad Certifications, CPR/First Aid, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair railway maintenance and inspection equipment.
• Conduct machine inspections and perform common repairs.
• Lead job briefings and communicate equipment conditions effectively.
