Nourish is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate to grow a provider referral territory in the San Francisco area. You will build and manage relationships with primary care physicians, specialists, and clinic staff to drive insurance-covered nutrition referrals.

The role focuses on field-based engagement, account growth, and monthly performance targets, with a clear path to advancement within a fast-growing healthcare tech company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or other high-performance environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within your local market.
• Spend five days per week in the field meeting with healthcare providers and clinic staff.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and administrators.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through relationship management and planning.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
• Partner with leadership to share learnings and improve processes.
