Job summary

Worley is seeking a Project Quality Director to lead quality, compliance, assurance, and continuous improvement for a major EPC/IPMT project at the Cameron, Louisiana site. The role embeds within the IPMT and collaborates with project leadership, engineering, construction, commissioning, and customer stakeholders to ensure safe, predictable delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
15+ years of experience supporting quality, assurance, compliance on major projects.
10+ years of progressive Quality and Compliance leadership on major projects.
Experience in EPC/EPCM/PMC or major capital project environments.
Proven ability to lead quality management systems and governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead as Project Quality Director and IPMT Quality Director for the project.
Develop and deploy the Project Quality and Compliance Management System.
Establish KPIs and performance dashboards for governance and improvement.
Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, HSE, commissioning, and contractors.
Drive audit programs, management reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Report Quality and Compliance performance to project leadership and stakeholders.
