Job summary

Worley is seeking a Project Quality Director to lead quality, compliance, assurance, and continuous improvement for a major capital project in Cameron, Louisiana. This field-based role embeds you with the IPMT and project leadership, driving governance and a culture of accountability.

You will oversee KPI development, audit programs, and management reviews, ensuring safe, predictable, and compliant project delivery across all phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 15+ years in quality, assurance, compliance, or project delivery.
• 10+ years in progressively responsible quality leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the Quality and Compliance function for a major EPC/PMT/IPMT organization.
• Develop and deploy the Quality Management System and assurance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement, KPI development, and audit programs across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Project Directors, Engineering, Construction, HSE, and stakeholders to ensure governance and compliance.
