Job summary

PA Inclusive in Pittston, PA is seeking a Program Specialist to support individuals with IDD across housing, employment, behavioral support, In Home & Community Services, and related programs. You will develop individualized support plans, implement behavioral interventions, provide job coaching, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with people with disabilities.
• NADD Competency Based-Direct Support Professional Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• ACRES or CESP certification within 6 months of employment.
• Experience with intellectual disabilities, autism, or mental health disabilities required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and social management skills; strong documentation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of staff and clients.
• Oversee delivery of employment and community-based services through OVR and ODP ID Waiver systems.
• Hire, train, and supervise direct support professionals and job coaches.
• Provide direct services as needed to fill shifts or support clients.
• Ensure accurate documentation in Therap, HCSIS, EIM, CDWS and other systems.
• Attend ISP meetings, intake meetings, and host agency meetings; support continuity and program growth.
